- ½ cup ketchup
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 4 butterflied pork chops
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine ketchup, ½ cup water, brown sugar, and lemon juice in bowl.
- Place pork chops in greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish and pour sauce over pork chops.
- Cover and bake for 50 minutes.
