These oven-roasted potatoes go great with meat and poultry.
- 2 lbs. new (red) potatoes with peels
- 1 (1 oz.) packet onion soup mix
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Add all ingredients in large resealable bag. Shake until potatoes are coated evenly.
- Empty coated potatoes into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake, stirring twice, for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
