Bruschetta Pasta with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. brown rice pasta
  • 8 oz. fresh Bruschetta sauce
  • Fresh arugula
  • 4 oz. crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta to desired doneness, then drain.
  2. Return the pasta to the same pan it was cooked in.
  3. Add the fresh Bruschetta sauce to the pasta and heat until warm.
  4. Add the arugula and warm until the arugula is slightly wilted.
  5. Remove the pasta from the heat.
  6. Top with crumbled goat cheese and serve.
