The Food Cop offers a variety of nutrition services, all of which will teach you how to incorporate healthy eating habits into your daily lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight/body fat, address health concerns, increase energy levels, or simply eat better, you will achieve success through knowledge and support from The Food Cop.

WEIGHT/BODY FAT MANAGEMENT: Regardless of whether you want to lose body fat or gain body fat, I will work with you to create a customized, realistic nutrition plan with goals you will feel comfortable with and can achieve, and which will meet your personal needs.

I do not offer prearranged nutrition plans, nor do I promote fad diets or weight loss drugs. Instead, we will work together to manage your weight using safe, healthy, and natural methods.

WELLNESS/HEALTHY EATING: Every day, you hear and read information about how to live a healthy lifestyle, including recommendations for which foods you should and should not eat, weight loss, and disease prevention. Even though you may be experiencing some of the issues that this information addresses, your personal medical history, lifestyle choices, and food preferences are not taken into consideration. Therefore, this information may not apply to you. Wellness and nutrition counseling from The Food Cop is the best way for you to learn about your personal needs, because it’s all about YOU.

Many common health conditions, including IBS, migraines, fibromyalgia, and fatigue, are caused by a food sensitivity, and sometimes chemicals in your food and personal care products. Unfortunately, the diet remains one of the most neglected areas of medical treatment. Any food can cause symptoms, even healthy ones. The LEAP program is a simple and very effective food sensitivity testing and treatment program for food sensitivity related illness. (more info)
